Felicien Nshimiyimana is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda with over 8 years of experience in risk management and finance gained in banking, audit and assurance services.
Prior to joining Goshen Finance Plc, he worked with COGEBANQUE PLC - now Equity Bank Rwanda Plc, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Rwanda Limited and Rwanda Revenue Authority. Throughout his career, he gained experience in taxation, review of internal control systems and procedures, audit, procurement procedures, budgeting, accounting, treasury operations, financial planning, analysis, and reporting, designing, and implementing business strategies. He demonstrates leadership and resilience in achieving outstanding results, team playing, self-motivation with little to no supervision in delivering on challenging projects that drive the organisational success.
Felicien holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics.

Mr. Jean de Dieu IYAMUREMYE is a Head of IT, at Goshen Finance PLC from August 1, 2023 to date, He has vast experience in the area of Information Technology in banking industry. Previously he served as System Engineer at Muganga Sacco PLC from December to August 2023, Prior to joining Muganga Sacco Plc he worked at Unguka Bank Plc from April 2019 to December 2022 where he landed different positions includes Network Infrastructure and System Administrator, and Software developer. He holds a bachelor degree from University of Rwanda in Computer Science. He certified ITIL 4 Foundation in IT Service Management from Accredited Examination Institution on Behalf of AXELOS.
